The final touch!  Seal coating not only helps to preserve your asphalt investment, but it greatly enhances the entire look of your property! 

Dixe Sweeping’s seal coating division applies only the finest coal tar emulsion.  Manufactured by Copeland Coating, ‘Action Pave’ is an industrial grade, rubberized coal tar emulsion that when applied leaves a gorgeous black finish.  To enhance, strengthen, and extend the life of the sealer (and your investment) we add coal tar additives (such as Tarmax or Top Tuff) to all commercial applications. 

Additionally, for added safety, all of our sealer is fortified with sand.  This helps to improve traction for your customers and stafff.  Spray application, squeegee application, or both!  We have the equipment and tools to do it all - From the mega-complex to a small business parking lot to the homeowner’s driveway.

Of course, major cracks are filled with hot rubberized joint and crack filler made by Crafco!  If you desire, crack routing as well as filling is also available.  Though you may choose not to seal coat your parking lot this year, we do strongly recommend regular crack filling maintenance.  The contrasting weather conditions here in CNY create the need for regular crack filling maintenance.  Don’t let the small cracks become large ones that when left untreated, can have a devastating effect on your parking lot.
